4. Orders and Payment

Placing an order represents an intention to purchase. An order is considered accepted only after payment has been successfully authorised and an order confirmation has been issued. Orders may be declined or cancelled if payment verification fails or required information is incomplete.

5. Shipping Policy Overview

Processing Cut-Off Date:

• Orders placed before 16:00 (AEST/AEDT) on business days will be processed on the same day.

• Orders placed after 16:00 (AEST/AEDT) will begin processing on the next business day.

• If an order is placed on a public holiday, processing will commence on the following business day.

After payment is completed, orders are generally processed within 1–8 business days.

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 8–14 business days across Australia. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, regional logistics conditions, and factors beyond standard transit control.

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled within 40 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet entered the dispatch stage. Cancellation requests submitted within this timeframe may be processed without additional handling.

• Orders placed more than 40 hours earlier, or orders that have already been dispatched, cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers are advised to wait until the item is delivered and then proceed with a return or refund request in accordance with the applicable return process.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Conditions

• A return service is available to assist when an item does not meet expectations or arrives with an issue.

• Exchange services are not provided. 

• Furniture items are prepared, allocated, and dispatched through coordinated fulfilment processes.

• Offering direct replacements would require repeated handling, which may impact accuracy and delivery schedules. For clarity and efficiency, requests for alternative items are handled through a return and refund, after which a new order may be placed if required.
